Vizroll
LOCAL + CLOUD · v0.4
Canvas-first project planning

Everything you're
building, connected.

Tasks, costs, dates, files, owners, dependencies, and live dashboards on one visual canvas. Local by default, Cloud Pro when a project needs sync or shared editing.

Sync the projects that should travel.

Vizroll stays local-first. Paying users can add cloud sync and shared project access project by project, so private work does not become cloud work by accident.

Opt in per project

Keep personal plans local. Enable cloud sync only on the projects that need another device or another person.

Near-realtime updates

When a synced project is open and connected, Vizroll listens for cloud changes and refreshes the project after edits land.

Share with people you trust

Invite friends, family, or collaborators by email after they have logged in once. Choose editor or viewer access for each person.

Turn sync off

Disable cloud sync from a project when you want that local copy to stop uploading future changes.

Local projects still require no login. Cloud projects require login, an active Cloud Pro entitlement or tester override, and an explicit per-project enable action.
Data, backup, and security

Local-first planning with explicit cloud controls.

Vizroll is built for private project planning first: open the app, work locally, export when you need a copy, and choose cloud sync only when the project calls for it.

Local-first by default

Projects are stored in this browser's IndexedDB unless you explicitly enable cloud sync on that project.

Access you can see

Cloud projects show their shared members, roles, and sync state. Owners and admins can remove shared access from the project list.

Backup and export

Export JSON backups for recovery or transfer, plus ZIP/PDF/CSV outputs when you need files outside the app.

Current beta: cloud sync covers project rows, tasks, tags, dependencies, member access, and file reference metadata. Full binary attachment storage should be called out separately before it ships.
Start with a template

Start with the guided tour for your device.

New users should open the desktop or mobile Vizroll tour first. The other templates are working project starters you can rename and make your own.

How Vizroll works

Three moves. Then the dashboards build themselves.

01

Drop tasks on a canvas

Break work into categories: rooms, stages, weeks, kids, plants. Each card holds a checklist.

Pick tile for primary bath
Approve cabinet drawings
Order plumbing rough-in
02

Tag with what matters

Owners, dates, costs, files, dependencies, risks. Tags are the source of truth.

03

Watch rollups appear

Schedule, financials, labor, files, blockers. Dashboards stay in sync with the canvas.

Install Vizroll

Works in any browser. Best when it lives on your home screen.

Vizroll is a Progressive Web App: no app store, no account, no install package.

Your projects stay on this device unless you export a backup or enable cloud sync for that project.

    Open Vizroll in Safari.
  2. 2
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. 3
